At Alpha Tag Security, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality security tags and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. Item Condition: The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our Customer Service team at sales@alphatagsecurity.com or call 778-839-8247 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Place the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
    • Clearly write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
  3. Shipping Your Return:
    • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Attach this label to your package.
    • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s). The new order will be processed and shipped separately.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items
